- Lifted OT provides services to NDIS clients who are plan-managed and self-managed.
- Fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue.
- As per the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue, all travel is calculated according to the NDIS Modified Monash Model (MMM), i.e. up to 30 minutes of the hourly rate in metropolitan and regional areas.

At lifted OT, we are predominantly community-based and work with you in your home. If you would prefer, we can arrange to conduct therapy sessions in your community (café, park, beach).

Yes, we charge in line with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Support Catalogue.

Do you offer Functional Capacity Assessments or just therapy services to clients?
Our Occupational Therapists are guided from your needs, whether that involves a Functional Capacity Assessment, occupational therapy, or a combination of the two.
